Reinforced concrete and reticular forged concrete slabs – the load-bearing and stabilising structure is formed by columns, beams and floors.

|
Finished kitchen units of top quality such as Invita will be fitted and have a mahogany finish. Chrome handles on mahogany kitchen units.
Siemens/Bosch domestic appliances with a 2-year warranty will be supplied. The following domestic appliances are included:
Ceramic hob in brushed steel, built-in oven, microwave oven, Thermex cooker hood in brushed steel, built-in dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, and LG American refrigerator in steel.
All penthouse apartments will have an outdoor kitchen.

|
The floors, apartment boundaries and technical installations will be soundproofed.

An electric hot-water cylinder will be installed in the ceiling space in between the flats.

|
Doors and windows are made from lacquered aluminium in white and double-glazed.
Entrance doors to the apartments are made from solid wood with triple locks.

Spots will be fitted in ceilings/installation ducts in all toilets, bathrooms and corridors.
