A View of the blue Mediterranean

We are building 114 new holiday or permanent dwellings on one of the last attractive sites with direct access to the blue Mediterranean.

Almuñecar is a small community in the province of Granada located 70 km by motorway East of Malaga airport.

In Spanish, the stretch of coast is called Costa Tropical, referring to the particularly mild climate.

Access to the beach

The Mediterranean is only 100 metres from the dwellings. The residents have their own access to the secluded beach. The beach lies hidden behind rocks which make it difficult for people other than the residents to get to.

The beach therefore seems like a private lagoon, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
